Hello, my name is Teresa Martinez Hansberry, and I am the founder of Natural Obsession's Healing Energy Resources.  Throughout my lifetime, I have become educated in many fields of study and have held several positions in the professional arena.  However, my expertise regarding how to bring about and nurture a healthy, unified Mind, Body, and Spirit, are the advice and services that I will focus upon in this site. 

Currently, I reside with my husband Randy in two locations: part-time in Eureka, Montana and part-time in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.  So, a few of my services are limited to the above two locations as some of the other services provided here by other specialists are limited to their places of residence. 

However, we are able to assist people anywhere because we offer most of our services and consultations online. 

Ever since the mid 1970’s (which were my teen years, I’m now 49) when I learned about the different foods groups and nutrition, I have been faithful to staying healthy and keeping fit.  Taking in a variety of natural foods, vitamins, minerals, and herbs, as well as balancing exercise and meditation, has never let my system down.  Mentally, physically, and spiritually, I believe that I have been very fortunate because of these efforts.  

Actually, I wish that I could have known more about nutrition back in the early 1980's and helped my grandmother who died in her early fifties from what my family and I attribute to smoking packs of Lucky Strike cigarettes, drinking cases of Tab soda, and eating cartons of Twinkies, all on a daily basis; she substituted these for regular meals.  And if that wasn't enough, contributing to her demise, her doctor also kept her on an endless supply of med's for all of her different ailments in spite of this nutrient void diet...

For these reasons, I feel compelled to share my knowledge and good fortune with others, especially when I see so many people suffering and unhappy with themselves all around me.  I would like everyone to be as happy about themselves as possible and feel as good as they can.

Several years back, I took an extensive course in Nutrition passing a lengthy exam and received a Nutritional Consultant Certification from the International Institute of Holistic Healing.  I am quite pleased to share this news with you. 

I have also been practicing Ayurvedic Medicine since the early 1990’s and have been teaching Ballroom Dancing for over 20 years holding an Associate's Certificate in 10 dances from Arthur Murray School of Dance Inc. 

Additionally, I have received two Associate of Art degrees, one from Marywood University in Interior Design and the other from Johnson College in Architectural Drafting and Design.  

Therefore,  many of my friends and family members seek my advice and services when they need guidance in the realm of health including which foods and herbs are best for their constitution or a certain ailment; which vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to replenish; how alternative therapies such as Music or Color Therapy can be beneficial... And of course, they all want to know a few more dance steps and which Feng Shui practices work best in their environments.

Sincerely, I thoroughly enjoy helping other people whenever I can which led to a few of my colleagues, Michele Martinez Conners, Kali Vale Archer, and
