| Dance Instruction Since the addition of the ABC television broadcast, Dancing with the Stars, there has been considerable interest in learning partner dancing including Ballroom, Big Band, Country Western, Latin dances, etc. Actually, we never thought that partner dancing went out of style, but it does seem that more and more people are better familarized with the many different genres of dances that can be enjoyed. Exercise is a very important healing therapy for a Balanced State of Well-being and is a significant lifestyle routine. Dancing provides this important healing therapy in a low-impact form of excercise that has been known to tone and strenghten your muscles, especially your heart. Dancing also relieves stress, improves blood circulation, controls weight, and improves digestion and respiratory systems. Furthermore, dancing helps you to get more enjoyment out of life. The movements of your body reflecting the emotions of music lifts up your spirit giving you a feeling of transcendence. Thus, you feel happier, more alive, and have more energy. Dancing can be enjoyed within the quiet of your own home, by yourself or with a partner, as well as out at various social functions including weddings, night clubs, parties, vacations, etc. Here at Natural Obsessions, learning to dance is easy and can be mastered at your own pace.
